How do I place an order?

An order is placed simply by adding items to your shopping cart and filling in all the necessary details such as address etc. to complete the transaction.

 

 

Secure Ordering and Payment Options

 

Whilst creating your profile with SimplyBuy, your payment details will be amongst the required information. When making an order, the amount will be deducted from your chosen default card. This secures your order and ensures your chosen products be shipped to you directly.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

The shipping fee is stated when products are placed in the shopping cart and when the shipping address is inserted.

 

*There are NO shipping costs for orders made within Macau

* Shipping costs are free for orders of MOP500 and below for Hong Kong and Mainland China

* Shipping costs for the rest of the world are paid by the receiver.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

SimplyBuy is there to ensure your happiness, products can be returned to us within the first 7 days of receiving.

 

*Products can be returned if there is a manufacturing default, the same product will be sent back to you.

E.g. A Sakura candle was purchased but the wick is broken, a new Sakura candle may be sent to you.

*Refund is NOT possible.
